How do I stop growing my legs, but keep growing my butt when I work out?

I have some pretty muscular legs. I like them now, I don't want them to get any bigger. I want to keep growing my butt though, because it's just still too small for my legs. How do I do this without working my legs? All the glute exercises involve legs. Like squats and deadlifts. How can I deadlift and squat more weight withougt growing my legs?
