How can I transform my body?

For starters I will say I did have 2 children and wasn't fourtunate enough to avoid stretch marks. I have them all over my stomach, breast arms etc (light stretch marks) anyway it's been 7 years and I just can't take it anymore. I'm 5'1 150 and I just can't seem to loose this kangaroo pouch from my pregnancy. I was trying on one-piece bathing suits today and I only found one thar looks good on me thank God. Anyway I noticed im starting to get back fat and chin fat which really bothers me. I will say I never really drink soda or snack but when I do snack it's like a lot. I'll have cookies then popcorn with like juice. I never workout either. How can I transform my body?
