i dont think its contagious like that but maybe any touching or rubbing of the skin is stimulation oil production.
And maybe try using Brevoxyl its actually amazing!!! if you can't find brevoxyl try benzac although its not as good :)
No it's not contagious, I would say it's more his possibly acne inducing diet rubbing off on you... Does he eat a lot of oily food?
Acne isn't contagious :/ either you need to take care of your own skin or the cause is something else
Acne is not contagious but he can control it, tell him to wash his face once a day (not twice!) and apply a moisturizer afterwards, also tell him to cut dairy out of his diet and I promise he will be amazed at the results in 2-4 weeks!
No, his acne won't directly affect your own. Perhaps your environment has changed? But if you're really under 18, it's probably just your own damn acne coming on.

Acne is not an infection, so it's not contagious. You may have a hormonal imbanve that is causing it.
