It really depends on your body type.
Most people would say eat more because for most people that will cause them to gain weight. For some people this wouldn't change anything because their body doesn't store fat to that extent and that kind of people can pretty much only gain weight by gaining muscle mass, though training.
For some people it really makes no difference if you would eat 1 or 10 pizzas every day since the body would expel the excessive amounts of fat and not store it in the body like it does for some (most) people.

eat more carbs, Eat your big meals, which to me looks like a big meal to you would be around 800 calories. That's ilke a bigmac. 3 times a day. Then you can drink the rest of your calories. I do peanut butter, banases, coconut oil and some olive oil, and raw eggs.
Just eat more than your regular intake.
Do not skip meals.
Drink less fluids (which will allow you to consume more foods).

Gaining weight is a simple matter of eating more calories than your body burns to power your daily activity. The only important thing to note is that without strength training none of it will be muscle. All of it fat.

If you mean muscle weight there's no way. If it's body fat weight just eat a lot.
Eat healthy fats. Trying baking cakes from scratch.

That's a bad idea, but, the best way to go about that is hope that you don't have a fast metabolism, and just start eating and eating, preferably healthy stuff, like your fruits and veges
