Help. I am worried about my health after becoming vegetarian?

Hello. I have been vegetarian for a while now and I am worried about my eating habits. After becoming vegetarian I lost about 11 or 13 pounds. I currently weigh 150 lbs and am 5' 7(can someone also tell what would be a healthy weigh for me.) I do eat a varied diet to get the essential nutrition but, lately I have been eating less. I always try to eat something when I don't feel hungery even though I would feel fine if I didn't. I feel like it has been going on for about a half a week. Today I only ate a pear when I woke up and a sandwich at Subway for dinner. I want this to stop because I am planing on begining to lift weights and I need to be able to eat properly to do so. I feel completly healthy. I have not had any sickness recently or anything like diaria. Can someone tell me if this has happened to you? Any adivce will be appreciated! I honestly didn't know what was wrong for those last days but now my eating habits went back to normal.
