Do you think 135 lbs at 5'4" is fat?

so I'm skinny everywhere except for my stomach (my waist is 32") so I really don't want to lose weight, just tone up my stomach. Do you think 135 is too fat for a girl who's 5'4" ? And should I be worried about my weight?

well im 5'7 and healthy weight is supposed to be 130 to 156lbs. But to be honest its all about how you carry it and if its going to cause you any health problems in the future

Your waist should be less than half your height in inches. You are exactly half your height. Tone it a bit to drop below the 32" threshold.

Depends kn how you carry the weight. On a small framed person that is a little chubby. On a large framed person it isn't chubby at all
