I already do lifting of heavy merchandise in a warehouse all day, and get a fair amount of exercise that way. But then I developed pains in my shoulders and found that I had rotator cuffs that are almost completely torn. Surgery would put me out of work for six months. So because of that, I began a physical therapy regimen, first with a therapist and then on my own at the gym that has tightened the muscles of the shoulder to hold the cuff together. It has worked for a few years now, but I am feeling pain again. So I have been spending about half an hour on the shoulders, then follow it with cardio on an exercise bike, two or three times a week. Try for three, but sometimes just can't work them all in.

To be a better, stronger, healthier me, people like my sensei Grand Master 10th Degree Dan, Bruce Lee, Philip Caldwell, friends, family, Michael Matthews etc, were my inspirations.
My motivations is life and to be better, stronger and healthier, plus I am going to school to be a professional trainer so I need to be fit and strong. I can't expect my future clients to get healthier if I am not.
Me and my friend were shopping and we both tried the same pants and then looked at each other and said "my thigh looks way to big in this" at the same time and then that day we felt crap shopping so we decided to work together and motivate each other to begin working out
My grandma. I looked at a pic that she took of me and I thought I looked like a cow on camera so I decided to workout. Lost 3-4 pds so far!

Haha my high school sweetheart, before i dated her, she said "I like buff guys and muscles. i want a guy with big arms"
i went to the gym and trained like a wild little boy with little direction but managed to get big biceps and triceps, and well, i got her!
But after that i slowly stopped training as hard, but what rekindled my passion for working out was, breaking up with her, so now i continue training to this day!
Right now my biggest motivations are Sadik Hadzovic and Andrea Brazier =)
they train hard and have amazing bodies, i know if i want a girl like Andrea, i will need to be strong myself...My degree in biology. I started working out my freshman year of college but quit. I've never been on a strict workout plan but ever since I started learning about biology I've had a natural healthy lifestyle. I move a lot all day so I'm like in perpetual gentle exercise mode all the time. I do random things like practice balancing on my hands and using unnecessary motions to move around like alligator crawling. I also eat very healthy because i can more easily identify what my body needs (a majority of the stuff in the grocery store is worthless). I guess in short I act like a 5 year old and eat like a frugal farmer. I'm living proof that you don't have to have a strict diet and a gym membership to be healthy. You just gotta know how your body works and use it properly. Most people assume I workout but really I'm just childlike and fun. I think I'm gonna get unhealthy though if I marry someone who's judge mental or easily embarrassed.
MY life story... I was a FAT kid in High school and then I Maxed out at 232 pounds at 5'9 inches and then 4 years later I got tired of bullying and then I lost 90+ pounds which was 140+ pounds Now I'm into body building and now I'm 157 pounds of sexy meat :) lol I'm now 5'11 inches Now all the girls in high school are chasing after me EVEN MY CRUSH 0.0 appearantly I'm sexy now... lol Now I have fake friends betraying me N then I realized what haters are lol but like OHh well I've always wanted to marry someone like a girl that works out too Th're are fuxking turn on
When I was younger I moved from a small rural town to Luton. Which is currently one of the roughest areas to live in the UK. I got beat senseless through most of secondary school. So I started training everyday, signed up for everything from MMA to territorial army training. I've been working at it ever since, and still do MMA to a semi-pro degree
When I got out of high school and went into the military. My girlfriend cheated on me while I was bootcamp. I was a nerdy kid in high school and really skinny. I wanted to improve myself as much as I could. I started hitting the weights and got addicted once I saw results. Her cheating on me and me leaving her ass was the best thing that ever happened to me because look at me now..
i have a straight up answer. what got me to lose weight/working out was girls and to do simple activities. i was fat and overweight for most of my life. i disliked it. i would see an attractive girl but knew that she would never be interested in me. i looked like a creature. i wanted to talk to that attractive girl. i also wanted to do 10 push ups and not have to break between the set. i wanted to run a mile under 10 minutes and not complete a mile having a time of 17 plus minutes. i wanted to do what i viewed in public... complete simple exercises and to get that girl.
My mom has always worked out & her ex-boyfriend is a bodybuilder so both of them motivated me to workout.
Fitness has always been a part of my life, even as a kid I was running all over the place, and climbing stuff.
this might seem silly but I was (still) the skinny guy and I just dont want to be that guy anymore (still working on it and I know I need a ton of work) but but that keeps me going the feeling of " I DESPERATELY dont want to be skinny anymore"
My dad got me into playing ice hockey and that got me into working out.
I absolutely can NOT work out unless I have upbeat music playing. That's my only motive.
The only workout i really do is to take a run at night to help me sleep...
Tom cruise movies 😂😂
Easy, you are my motivation girl
Running after I steal a radio out of a car
Sport. Specifically hockey.
Haha, now I feel old... Mr T, when I was 12
The fact that I had a back injury when I was 15...
I'm my biggest motivation.
