Ideas for cardio with bad knee and ankle please?

Some of my joints have crazy histories and memories. I've dislocated my left kneecap 4 times and I've sprained my ankles numerous times. Right now my right ankle is injured and it isn't healing and for that reason I had to get a doctor's note, I can't walk more than 5 minutes and I need to get into physical therapy. And I'm overweight and I wanna be really skinny so I gotta lose about 50 lbs. I know cardio exercise is really important. Can you please give me ideas I can do for cardio that's safe for my ankle and knee? Thank you.
P. S. my sister said once I start losing some weight I'll be able to run, jog and my joints will be better, and I wanna try jogging but I know it's risky right now and I need alternatives.

I forgot to mention that I can't swim every day because of my hair but that and biking are the only things I saw when I tried googling it. And I love swimming but I can't
