Left side facing the bed, But I have no strict rule to that.. I can adapt easily.
If someone is in my bed I corner out, to give them space.. If it's my partner I'd go for cuddles for sure!
Maximum I'd switch from sleeping on my back to a side or stomach although I don't do much of a hassle.
I don't snort, or maybe when im So freaking tired but it only happened once in a life time lol.
I might be moving (shaking or I don't know what to name it) my legs for a bit before sleeping, but I'm trying to get rid of that.
I'm always super cautious to discomfort ones (s) sleeping next to me.

I'll alternate but usually sleep on my left side.
Just from how your organs and circulatory and digestive system are oriented in your body it's actually better on your body to sleep on the left side because gravity works with your bodily functions instead of against it like it does on the right side.

Team left side!
Apparently not a sleeper at all anymore.
I generally sleep on my side, wake up on my back. With someone in the bed it's a on the side back to them and waking up on my back.
I sometimes! es wake up in a ball, and once woke up upside down.
I'm a mover and a kicker. I'm so sorry to my boyfriend. You know. If we ever share a bed that is.
I always sleep on my stomach, which apparently is the worst way to sleep but i love it. Hands wrapped around, hugging my pillow. No one is ever in my bed but i do have about five other pillows besides the one im holding. I put them in a kinda horseshoe shape and its sooo comfy.

I used to sleep most of the time on my back. Especially in the Navy when that was the best position for staying in my "rack". Too much rock and roll at sea to be able to balance on my side.
But since then, I have developed sleep apnea, both obstructive and central (which is when your nervous system "forgets" to breathe when asleep). The masks don't fit my face well and I have found that sleeping on my right side seems to overcome the central apnea problem as well as the obstructive type. So it is always on my right side now."Does it change if someone else is in your bed?"

When has that ever happened? -_-
But ok, I always fall asleep in either side and wake up on my back.Always on my stomach. I sleep the same way every night. One hand under my pillow, the other up near my face but above the pillow and with my head turned to the left. I know that stomach sleeping is not good for a person's back, but I just can't sleep any other way.
I always start out trying to fall asleep on my stomach with my head right-side down. And while I can get relaxed like that, I usually don't end up falling asleep unless I'm curled up on my left side with my arms curled in tightly against my chest.
On weird nights I can't fall asleep unless I'm on my back with my arms loosely crossed across my chest/stomach.I fall asleep curled up like a ball. But I can never know how and were I wake up. I'm a sleepwalker. I have to lock my door when I go to sleep.

I don't know that never happend before.I am a very light sleeper, I cannot answer positions because apparently I do the disco in my sleep. Bust a new move every night.
I always fall asleep on my right side and wake up on my left lol. I can not sleep on my stomach. Sometimes I can sleep on my back but I find that when I wake up my nose is stuffy
I fall asleep on my back and wake up on my back. I heard it was good for posture so a forced myself to sleep like that, now I can't sleep any other way.
I usually sleep on my left side, kinda in a ball. Either that or with my face turned sideways on the pillow, my arms up and flat on my stomach. He just tries to fit wherever he can :P
I alternate between sleeping on my left and right side, with occasional switching to my stomach. I used to sleep a lot on my stomach but I stopped for some reason.
I always fall asleep on my back and wake up on my back but thats because I've forced myself to sleep like that by not using cushions and when i wake up it is quality
I usually fall asleep on my tummy but then wake up on my side, on my back or even on the floor 😅 I guess I'm the "random sleeper"
I think i sleep in all positions haha. When i go to sleep I'm usually right sided, but during the night i toss a lot and wake up in whatever position.
i sleep on my stomach.. and i would sleep in same position even if there was someone on my bed. can't sleep any other way
I don't pay attention to how I slept and how I woke up.
I change positions lol.
But I usually prefer sleeping on either left or right side, hugging a pilow.. lolI tend to sleep on my right side with my legs brought up some and my right arm under my pillow.
I've woken up with my head on the floor before, I move around a lot while I sleep.I fall asleep on my stomach and wake up on my back.
On my stomach, or curled on my side, but I almost always wake up on my stomach
I make a nest with a pillow on one side, a teddy on the other, and the duvet pulled right over my headI'm a bit of all three to be honest. I switch to all of the positions mentioned when i sleep
I'm all over the place. I would rather sleep on the couch than share my bed with anyone.
