Is fitness a good idea?
Fitness is a good idea for virtually everyone, male or female, at any age. Staying active + eating relatively clean + a regular sleep schedule = happy body & mind. Or at least happier... everyone's circumstances are different.
But that doesn't mean you need to go to the gym. For a lot of peeps the gym is a great option, but there's an endless list of options to stay active... walking/running outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming, and on and on. Find something that fits with your interests & lifestyle so that it'll have a better chance of sticking as a routine.
you want to relax? there are so many other things to do than exercise. go ride a motorcycle.
For me I'm a slim female who doesn't need to work out, but I work out to gain muscle because working out makes me feel better about myself in general. I'm a teenager and working out makes me feel like I have a goal for myself; it boosts my self esteem and makes me love my body for the new toned look it gives me. Do what you think is best. In my opinion it wouldn't hurt to try it out, y'know? :) Hope this helped.
Yes i do! If you want to gain more muscle incorporate more weights, weights won't bulk you up don't worry x

Dating, confidence, sex, self-esteem, confidence, attractiveness, approachableness, advance your career, LIVE LONGER, be healthier and sick less often, more energy, more friends.

Fitness is always a good idea. Gyms can be expensive I think everyone starting out should get some exercise bands and practice at home. They are pretty cheap and you can do a lot with them.
Of all the hobbies you could get into, fitness is probably the best. Nothing more important than taking care of your physical self💪😎👍

I guess so. If you want muscles, the gym wouldn't be a bad place to go.
Muscles isn't nexessary to gain weight. Juz eat properly and u should be able to.
Seems to be the "cool" thing to do these days, it like, if you dony lift, you're not cool
