I used to go to the public gym in the UK about 5 times per week actually (for about 2-3 hours pretty much every day, I know I'm crazy lol) but now as I'm back at home I'm just using the home gym for cardio whenever I feel like it but I'm still doing my toning workout every 2 days

I do go to the gym, at least 3-4x/week on average. It gets difficult to keep that up when school exams/assignments pile up on top of work but I still try to go and do at least half of my routine.
About 5 times a week! It was 6 times a week in the summer, but since class started, it's been extremely difficult to stay in the 4-5 times a week mark. You basically have to treat working out as another class 😒
blah I feel like its a rip off to pay money to lift weights. I just move my sofa up and down the stairs for 1 hour.

Depends how much time I have. I go 3x a week mostly. I pretty much go when I have time to go. I like to sport. Other than that I bike about 18 kilometers a day, do horse riding 2 times a week and go inline skating a few times a month if it's nice weather.
Up to 2-3 times a week. 1h30-2h a day. I mainly do cardio more than weight lift.
But mostly i do outdoorsy sports like swimming, tennis, jogging/walking, ski when it snows lol. I also take dance lessons :p
Of course if I do a lot of outdoor sports I reduce gym houres to 0 sometimes. It depends."usually" 6 days a week. I got lazy & missed today :(
I can't go now I've got something to take care of. :( :(I've just signed up. I have been to one before but this is my first membership. I'm hoping to go to this one once or twice a week.

I used to but I didn't renew my membership for this month. I just do my work outs at home now. It's easier and saves a lot of money. I do the same things basically, just all alone now. :P

No i dont go to the gym. Bu ti do work out almost everyday. I run like 2 miles on the beach every morning and evening and swim for a few hours a day.

Yes of course. It's my one outlet. I shoot for 5 to 6 times weekly.
