Start with doing full body workouts since your whole body is weak right now. So for example do this routine:
Barbell Squats: 5 sets of 10 reps
dumb bell curls: 3 sets of 10 reps
tricep pushdowns: 3 sets of 10 reps
lat pull downs: 4 sets of 10 reps
Shoulder laterial raises: 4 sets of 10 reps
Standing calve raises: 5 sets of 20 reps
