You don't need to get rid of your baby face! You have a pretty face! Losing weight will help somewhat, but your genetics may just be fuller face regardless of weight. I am the same way. My mom was the same way too. Embrace it! It has its perks. You'll look fresher and more youthful without even trying. It adds an innocence which can be quite beautiful. The only other idea I can think of is contouring and makeup tips to add sharpness to your face, but personally, I wouldn't do that.
The only way to get rid of it is plastic surgery but I suggest you learn to embrace it and love it instead. Girl! In the future, while everyone else is looking old you'll be looking younger than even your age ;)

You don't get rid of it, you out of it. I'm a baby face too but I'm not that concerned about it. I have seen women bodybuilders which use stereoids or testosterone shots or something like that. Their face, and body for that matter, change drastically in a short time but I wouldn't recommend it.

There's nothing wrong with having a " chubby " face! I have one too and that's just how my face is, even when i was super unhealthy skinny, i still had a " chubby " face. Not everyone is meant to have a super sharp face and that's ok ^_^
