Everyone is different, but here's what I've found works for me. I'm no expert, but these might help you too.
1. Diet is probably the most important thing when it comes to having clear skin. I've noticed that dairy was a major trigger for my cystic acne, so I cut it out altogether. Oils and high-fat foods also made my skin greasy and gave me those little pimples, so I ended up adopting a low-fat diet. Processed food is another trigger, but I can't have a perfect diet all the time, so I do let myself eat junk food on occasion, though I usually break out the next day. Eventually, I went vegan and this made my skin the clearest it's been since I hit puberty lol. Try researching a high carb, low fat vegan diet. I owe my skin to this way of eating and there's really no going back. It's worth a shot, if you really want clear skin, though even just reducing your consumption of animal products and high-fat food will make a difference.
2. Stay hydrated! I always drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
3. Wear makeup as little as possible and remove it as soon as you get home from work/school/whatever. Never go to bed with makeup on.
4. Clean your makeup brushes at least once a week.
5. Get some exercise, sweat helps release toxins through your pores, but always make sure to rinse the sweat off your face afterward. You don't want those toxins just sitting on your face.
6. Replace your facial cleansers with a more natural regimen. I learned about the "caveman method" a few years ago. Essentially, the logic behind it is that our skin naturally knows how to balance itself out, but when we add all of these chemicals to it, we upset this natural balance. When we strip our skin of its natural oils, our skin overcompensates by producing more grease, which then results in more pimples. I gave it a try, and though my skin went through a short period of being super greasy and breaking out, my skin eventually settled down and is now super manageable. I simply wash my face with nothing but water, I use a mixture of water and tea tree oil as a toner, I moisturize with coconut oil, and when I need some exfoliating, I just use a mix of sugar, lemon, and coconut oil.

Shiny is related to how moisturized your skin is, fresh usually you're using a face wash that doesn't have any nasties in it and clear the same thing using mostly facee wash that targets clearing and fighting agents
Eat healthy and exercise. Radience comes from the inside, not what products you use. If your body is healthy its going to look healthy
