Every 1-3 years for a physical. They'll check you over, do a review of your systems, address any concerns you have... etc. You won't need a pap smear until your sexually active, and once you start getting them, its usually done along with your physical unless you have abnormal results. Your booster shots should be done every 10 years - so usually at 15, 25, 35.. etc. and they can give you any other vaccines you need. You should go to your dentist every 6 months if possible for a cleaning and check up, and see an optician for a check up on your vision every 2 years.
u You should go once a year for a physical, just to make sure there's nothing weird going on and that you're updated on vaccinations (some of them have to be repeated every 5 or so years).
If you feel fine, then why bother? "Don't try to fix something that isn't broken."
