300ml Innocent smoothie without banana with a super green powder. Lunch: 1 cup homemade irish stew with 3-4 rude health rye crackers. 1 pink apple.
Mid-afternoon: a 1/2cup slice of cake or 2/3 slabs chocolate.
Dinner: 2 cups spiralized courgette with 1 cup bolognese with 200ml of ginger beer.
Dessert: a packet of wotsits
( baked potato chips) And possibly a few Chelsea kittens (jelly candies)
My job is sedentary and I have put working out on hold as in the middle of changing jobs.
