Dying instead of risking being embarrassed is a simple debate to me but who knows maybe it's really that important to you. I'll tell you like I told my ex alcoholic girlfriend and my emerging alcoholic fraternity brother. Yeah sometimes you do stuff that really pisses me off and that I think are really stupid but I can't be mad at you if your dead. If you need help get help. I don't know you so I can't really guarantee my support like I did for them but I'm sure those people in your life who you fear will disapprove of your current drunkenness feel the same way. Don't let your fear of judgement end your life and damage theirs. Alive and struggling is much better than dead in my opinion.
Well first off you need to see if you have a concussion... stand in front of the mirror close up. Shine a light in one eye, see if the pupil moves normally, or have a friend do it. If it doesn't, check into the ER and don't fall asleed for a total of 12 hours since the incident.
Why don't you want to go to the hospital? Would it feel like you've failed at recovering fully? Is it shame or something else holding you back from going?
Honestly, I think you should go. Concussions are serious shit and quicker you take care of it quicker you'll recover from that. At the very least, don't let yourself fall asleep until you're completely sober so you can assess whether it's the alcohol or your head injury that's making you sleepy. And see a doctor when you can.
You're an idiot to refuse medical attention. Often times symptoms are delayed in presenting themself until it's too late. And news flash, you are no longer a recovering alcoholic. You are an alcoholic. So they can find out you still have a drinking problem and are alive or be dead and they find out anyway.

it´s a concussion. you won´t die. you will feel sick and maybe faint more often. if you start recognizing a loss of memory, you should go to ER. you probably won´t die but it could get serious in this case.
Try to sober up and stay awake, perhaps IF you do fall asleep tell someone to make sure you're awake in "x" amount of hours.
Don't go to sleep and go to the hospital just to be sure. Sometimes injuries don't affect you til later on.. take Natasha Richardson for example. Good luck
dont you think people at the hospital have ever dealt with someone who has relapsed on anything? im sure they have hundreds of times. and dont kid yourself, you're clearly still a full blown alcoholic to be in the state you're in.
You're probably not going to die but if you damaged your brain it is possible that you'll die in your sleep so you should go to the hospital even though you don't want them to know you got drunk
Stay awake, first thing. Drink coffee, and take Ibuprofen to help any swelling. Eat something to help sober up then go to the emergency room for posibile concussion.
