Do Boobs actually shrink at a stage?

So mine have finally stopped growing (God's sake yes) but they seem to have shrunk a little. Is this normal? My foster mother says it is but I'm unsure since she isn't big like me.

If they're not "hard" fat; they can shrink. Example: If you're bigger and you lose weight; they're more than likely to go down in size.

Also note, that your breasts do get a little bigger right before that "time". They generally go back to their 'normal size' afterwards.

I did lose a couple of Kgs, mmm maybe it could have been before that time, so this is normal is it? they won't grow again i mean?
i really dont want them to grow, i'm afraid that it's already so big.

It's pretty normal for them to do that, yes.

Umm, them bouncing back. That depends quite a bit on your genetics.
If breasts run in your family (bigger breasts); it's possible they may go down a few sizes and come back up some too.

i dont think so that they can shrink, but iv'e noticed that sometimes a girls boobs are not the same size dont know why's that.
