I have lost weight since I started but for sure not enough, it's a life style to me and yet I'm still on the chubby side.
so how could I achieve this kind of body:
Definitely get to know Lily from Legit Nutrition Hawaii on YouTube. She's a high carb vegan and has a whole playlist on her channel full of weight loss advice and information. She's studied nutrition under Dr. Pamela Popper and is incredibly knowledgeable on human health and nutrition.

Losing weight on a hclf diet does not require caloric restriction, so it doesn't have to come to that. Weight loss can be slow or it can be fast, it's different for everyone but by restricting calories, you actually cause damage to your endocrine system which will only slow your metabolism and upset your hormonal balance.
Have some patience, everyone leans out eventually on this diet. It took me forever to finally lose weight, but it's the easiest way possible. No caloric restriction, no portion control, it just takes time.
This is the best thing I read all day!! I already watch her, and I also really love freelee the banana girl. Look in the comments I actaully told someone off for advising me to calorie restrict and cut carbs and sugar just now. You go girl, I'm glad that there are people that think like you <3
Aw wrong question haha, but still you get the idea ;)
How long have you been doing this for? And what is your body shape/size? Oftentimes it really depends on your individual body composition and how it processes what you eat. I'll never look like this girl because I'm just naturally thicker on the bottom, I'm shorter, and my bone structure is wider than hers. You might not either, so make sure if this is your goal that it's actually reasonable and makes sense for you.
A little over a year now, I don't know I mean I've always been on the chubby side I guess, my bmi is 21.6
It depends on how your muscles build too. Don't use BMI to judge, it's literally the worst measurement because it literally only considered two variables, weight and height. Muscle weights more than fat, so you could have 10 pounds of muscle vs ten pounds of fat, and BMI will tell you that you guys are the same, which is obviously not true.
Do you have a calorie deficit though? Doesn't matter how much you burn, if you then proceed to eat double that amount, you'll never lose weight. Losing or gaining weight (whether fat or muscle) mostly depends on calories.
Calculate your BMR, calculate approximately how much you burn a day and then track your calories and macros. Diet is very important, I used to workout for a decent 60-70 minutes 7 days a week before for months, but my diet was shit (Was in the beginning of uni, so I was living a poor student life lol) so I saw barely any progress at all. Made a mistake and wasted my time. I'm still getting there, but just watching what I eat more carefully has improved the rate of my progress a lot.
Also, 30 minutes isn't a lot, I suggest upping to a good hour. Do both cardio and weights too. Good luck.
I'll try that, thanks for the great advice :)
Ouff sexy, she's on fire
Problem with achieving a body like that will come down to a few factors
- you current body type - you need that type of frame to even be possible to achieve that tyoe of body. Almost 2 times longer legs than your torso
- narrow waist - bone structure that is
- curves in all the right spots, basically desirable waist to hip ratio
- The will to lose weight in your case and get really tight. Trimming off fat and packing in small amounts of muscle
Basically if you don't already look somewhat like that, its going to be very hard

"how to become an instagram girl"
The girl in the picture looks good. But I don't think she does much working out. Maybe she does a little running here and there.
I agree with opinions below. You should start roughly counting your calories or just take your weight in lbs and times by 11 for daily calorie intake.
As for your working out, I think 30 minutes is enough, if its high intensity. But if it's just jogging or walking, it's gonna take awhile to lose those last stubborn pounds. Assuming you are around 135lbs and 5'5, it'll probably take 1 month to lose 1 pound.
to get 'that' body: be at least 5 ft 9 have an ectomorph body small bones long legs long hair naturally tan and under 1 8... She does not look as if she works out. She just look naturally lim. there is no muscle definition. .
to become tone and thin you have to eat to maintain the weight you want , not the weight you are, and exercise at least 3 hours a day.
First you should know that being a vegan is not a diet and is not ment for weightloss. Its calories in is what counts the most. 80% of loosing weight is just your diet alone. So you can loose weight without excervise. To get the full benefit you shoukd do both. Working out will get you in shape physically je buold yoir stamina help your focus and help bodily functions but it's minimal for weight loss. Focus on your diet and make sure your not eating too many calories. So start tracking if you dont. Have cheat days as well.
You need to know that a healthy weightloss is 1 to 2 pounds per week on average. People who loose more weight faster are more likley to gain the weight back that they lost. So as long as you're loosing between 1 to 2 pounds on average thats good. Its not gonna melt off at the snap of a finger and I know you want it to but it won't. Lesson here is to be patient. Follow whatever calorie restriction diet and the weight will come off.
You'll have to work your ass off, literally, and it will be grueling, difficult, painful, and may or may not be worth it. You still won't have the body in the photos but you could have one just as attractive.
Most of this can be through metabolism and genetics because it depends on where your body tends to store fat... my sister is genetically built the same way. I don't know about me though...
Still continue to do what you do since you are actually getting results. Don't do TOO much or overwork yourself.
you need the right genetics for height and metabolism, a beach house in LA (preferably, though a membership to a tanning salon will work too), modeling money and a personal trainer. you'll need to work out longer. you'll probably also need take up smoking to suppress your appetite.
How long have you been eating raw for? What kind of training are you doing?
A little over a year now, I do everything from dancing to cycling, running and also the daily squats, push-ups, set ups, all the basic things, I try to mix my routine up a bit so I don't get bored :)
cut out starchy foods. the make you retain water and cause bloating. after just a few days you'll have a perfectly flat tummy
A shitload of core and booty workouts. Try some roman curls and plank variations
Will do :)
Get yourself a trainer and go on IIFYM. You might need to train and eat more
Try doing Yoga or Zumba
Genetics
Give it time
you're a vegan, thats impossible, bye
