so I'm a 5'8 female and I do have curves.. I just want them to show more! I want to be curvier
how can I get curvier in a healthy way? Thanks.
You can add definition to your curves by working out. If you try to build up your legs and shoulders with heavier weights, and exercise your core with only body weight exercise, it will give the appearance of a slimmer waist, which is key in an hourglass figure. Hope this helps :)
You can't "gain curves" but you can enhance what's already there. By losing weight and working out my curves have become significantly more prominent since there isn't much fat cushioning them anymore.
Exactly! Like I'm already pretty curvy but I'm also skinny so I feel like if I gain weight, they'll show more
Gaining weight could make them show less
Increase protein and clories and lift weight. I guess depending on what body shape you have now would decide how much you'd need to do. If you already have decent curves just want to make them pop to sorta say, it may not take much.
Hey thanks! Hope all is going well with your curves lol
Bicycling and squats seem to build the legs and butt, although it may depend on your metabolism.
eat more carbs:)?

certain excercises can build muscle tissue, but lots of the curvy places you may be talking about are simply genetics. you can enhance your buttocks a little, but hips and breasts cannot be changed a lot trough excercise.
Increase your protein and weight training! It'll happen over time x
Increase caloric intake and start working out with weights. You'll be increasing fat and muscle.
Lift heavy at the gym for lower body and tone your whole body
I suppose if you lose fat and build muscle where you want the curves would be the only way
I don't think i know since I don't work at a gym!
Eat more. Wear a corset.
Workout a lot.
Squats.
