I keep over-doing it and thats a no no for someone with my medical conditions. It takes me a long time to recover from things. I'll be in pain for days or sometimes weeks. I'm doing cardio every other day instead of everday like I was doing but I'm still overdoing it. What are some tips to help prevent me from overdoing it.
why are you over doing it? What is the goal and purpose and drive?
your body will be its own control mechanism. try doing that stuff at 50 and see how you like it:) You may like pain... why?

Sounds like you simply need to chart your workouts and stick to the plan. Pretty simply stuff unless you're a masochist.
