Is it normal not to feel sore when working out my chests and arms?

Whenever I workout my chests and arms they never get sore like my legs do. I can feel this tension in my arms when I workout and a little bit in my chests to, but it's never sore. It lead me to think I wasn't training hard enough, but I know I am I'm doing a 5-8 workouts for my arms and chests with weight I that I can use. They never get sore. Does this happen to anyone else?
