your arms are at their best efficiency for your weight. add more weights to get the soreness back. As a biker, my 20 mile bike rides up steep inclines no longer create any soreness after the ride. and the ride down is a blast at 30+ mph. you're either not doing the workout long enough or you're at optimal levels

Maybe go heavier. I have been working out for about a year, with heavy weights where I can do about 8-10 reps and 4 sets. I got used to it, and I was never sore. Now I change up my exercises in the workout and go even heavier and do drop sets, and that's when I get sore. Good luck :)
