I wasn't lifting anything heavy i was actually only lifting about 5-9 pound weights, but i did high reps.
and my muscles got stuck, i know that's normal but when i woke up i still feel that burn sensation and my bodies sore.. should i keep going or give it a rest for today.
i do have weights that are heavier, but i want to start off light, condition my muscles a bit..
