How long will it be before I see noticable results, also should I wait until I'm not sore?

I've been eating healthy and working out 4-5 times a week for an hour and a half to two hours each session for about a month and a week. I'm trying to lose 10 lbs and get a better body. I've noticed my clothes fit more losely and my sides/ribs seem slimmer but about how long before I see good, noticable results? And also after I work out a certain area I'm sore for about 2 sometimes 3 days. Should Ifocus on this areas again while I'm still sore or wait until I'm not? (I focus on a primary and secondary muscle group each time but my main problem area is my thighs, can I work them out very single time I go to the gym?)
