I rarely do cheat days but even when I do I go for "healthier" options such as dark chocolate (at least 80%), honey, dried fruit, apple chips etc

This weekend, I want a freaking McFlurry. Just been craving one! MMM!I once ate nothing but unprocessed meat and eggs for nine months. No carbs, no sauces, no veggies. No cheats. Never felt better in my life, and had no body fat. Only stopped for medical reasons (thyroid).
Not big into sweets, so I am all about savory foods, like a double bacon cheseburger with chili cheese fries. ☺
Sweets, particularly dark, dark chocolate preferably around 80% cacao.
Cheat day?
I'm still at that point where not changing my diet drastically isn't hindering weight loss on top of my running so I don't have a strict nutrition plan.Spicy cucumber's and humans lol. I don't have time for cheat day's... I'm on a mission lol. I'll cheat when I've accomplished that goal.
Cookies and chips. My family always has those around the house.
