Use weights not weight machines. Like actual free weights. Follow an actual program designed by a professional. If you don't want to pay a trainer pick up the book New Rules of Lifting for Women or follow any number of the programs on bodybuilding. com. Weightlifting should be hard. Like as in you are pushing yourself to move the weight up and down. You shouldn't be able to do it more than 12 times, ideally less than that.

Heavy weights.. Squats.. Deadlifts.. Bench. Add i some HIIT training. Could get a protein powder but it isn't necessary. The key is clean healthy wholesome foods.

You'll tone and get to the desirable weight you want if you do that
You gotta read online, workouts, nutrition, etc. Start with bodybuilding. comAll you need is the lady isokinator but you just don't know it yet. That will beat everything that you've just mentioned.
