for a quick fix
- socialize
- sex / flirting / romance
- junk food
- drugs
- music
for long term
- caffeine free and avoid junk food, preservatives, refined foods (allow time for withdrawals to pass, it will cause more stress until you do)
exercise (weights and cardio)
- have realistic beliefs (look up examples of cognitive behavioral therapy used for people with anxiety and depression)
- get good sleep
- stay hydrated
last but not least the will power it will take to make your life less stressful will in fact stress you out so your stress will go up before it go's down

You can do it 2 ways:
1. If you live in the country, go out into the woods and scream your fool damn head off as loud as you can!
2. If you live in town or in a townhouse and can't get to the country, take a large pillow and do the same thing in it!
Both, is a great way to release anxiety.

Those are quick fixes but to keep stress free long term my advice is to read and practice Buddhism. it is about the science of mindfulness and non attachment. not so much as a "religion" to me but a kind of psychology.i lay around as much as possible
when i can't do that i listen to music or watch dramas at home.Stay at home, workout and just suck in some quiet vibes.
Nothing beats music that fits your mood or a nice cry.
Yoga is awesome for stress relief. Never underestimate the power of deep breathing! Hope you feel better!
Nature, creativity, music, prayer, (nonsexual) physical touch.
Gym, gym and more gym! If not.. rollerblading helps.
smoke weed, and learn to scrape all the bullshit away from your mind. dont make an effort to shut anything out, welcome it, and let things take their course. also know who you are and what you want
Listen to some music, maybe start meditating. I also think you should cut down on caffeine because I feel like since I've lowered my caffeine intake, I've been feeling better. Also, try not to care about what others think!
Go running, heavy gym or crossfit workout. Sex can also help, but you must have some degree of relax to enjoy.
I have a panic disorder and anxiety. music helps a lot and so does going on to places of nature like mountains or beaches and relaxing there.
