115 is the ideal weight regarding BMI. But I would not only focuss on fat, also on muscle. Have your muscle/fat ratio measured. Don't go above 25% body fat. Between 20 and 25% you will have a toned, but still very female body. So depending on the result, get the correct focuss.

since you are small and light. I think 5bs would be a huge difference on you. Infact I know 5lbs would show a lot.
Hard to tell without a pic but at your size I reckon 5 to 10 lbs and you will see a significant difference.

Why do you want to get fatter? All fat will do is destroy your attractiveness. You need to gain muscle, not fat.
No need to gain any weight given your height. What are your measurements?
