How do you cope with sleep deprivation?

Lets say that, no matter what the circumstance, you are unable to sleep at all at night. Nothing works, you choose to stay up in the end, and you're fed up with your yelling sister and her crying baby. Then, after getting zero hours of sleep and fighting off a massive headache, you have to get ready and go to school. What would you do (in the morning before school) to prepare for the day?
Examples: Eating lots of sugar, drinking caffeine, napping during lunch break, etc. I do all of those but it still isn't enough.

... Now, I am NOT asking for tips to fall asleep. I need to make that clear, because a lot of people misinterpret my questions. If you say any tips, I will completely ignore your opinion (just being honest here).
If a scenario occurs in which no sleep methods at all will work, then how do you cope with it? How do you deal with the stress of pulling all-nighters and going to school the next day? Thank you. :)
