Ok so I use nicotine gum everyday to fight the crave of nicotine and it works just fine. I have ADHD and I'm never really relaxed or calm without nicotine and my doctor said some people in your case do work better with nicotine and some don't. He said that nicotine gum is harmless compared to smoking and a smoker uses a lot more nicotine on average I just light up once a week now every Saturday and read a relaxing book with a cup of coffee and it makes everything so clear and beautiful. It makes the ADHD go away for like 30 mins and I feel so much more connected to whatever I am doing. I want to know do you think I'm a bad person for doing this and do you think I will have any serious problems from my little bliss.
I don't see where a cigarette does anything for ADHD.. I just think it's the relaxing time that you are having with the coffee and book as well.

Yes, you're still poisoning your body and you're still killing yourself. The occasional cigarette is still very damaging.

Have you tried Ritalin? Cause nicotine is addictive and you're still consuming it as it shows your addiction.
