What to say to people when they trash you?

They trash you! People call me ugly and fat all the time and it's annoying me I'm working on my weight but I don't know what to say to people. Help!

Don't ever let anyone get you down. I believe that when someone calls you fat, chubby, obese whatever supposedly derogatory alternative to overweight, you should be able to smile and respond cheerily "Well thank you! And you are...say what you like, but do not stoop to their low level though, because you are better then that. E.g you can say, Thanks your not too bad yourself, but never stoop to their level. This will show to be strong and confidient. When people see this they will eventually stop and feel like their emotional abuse towards you is not working anymore.

Don't ever let anyone make you feel like your worthless-Everyone has individual beauty. Beauty is not only about the outside it's also within and that is what counts. You can have physical beauty but if people don't have empathy, care and are cruel to people then they are the real UGLY ones, NOT you. True beauty is within and these cruel people who say this to you are UGLY, UGLY because of the people they are inside. Don't let them ever get you down :).

Whenever did something like that to me, I was like, "moving on..." meaning I said nothing and just kept walking forward. If you are at class, sitting and not being able to move away, then of course you can ignore it and show that "it doesn't get to you", but if you really want to counter-offend people, then you could always say "at least I'm not a selfish asshole trashing people for no reason", haha. But I think that would do you no good on the long run.

Your hair style and clothing style might be off. I can't tell without a picture what's up, but if they say you are currently not looking that great, then they possibly base it on something, unfortunately. >.> Don't try to use make-up to conceal your looks (eye liner and stuff) because that would just make things worse, in my opinion.
