Is this enough exercise?

Ok so I guess main question is do I do enough cardio/exercise?

I walk 10-15mins briskly, twice a day, 4-5times a week.

And I go swimming 1-2times a week doing 30 Lengths fairly briskly.

And I also go to the gym 1-2 a week doing 30-40mins hard cardio followed by 15-30mins weights and the stomach exercises.

Sometimes I also do a exercise dvd at home like Lotte Berk or David Kirsch.

My job involves a mix of desk work plus walking up and down the office and stairs as well.

At the weekends I try and do something light active either or both days like clothes shopping, housework, walking around an exhibition etc

**If I do then why am I not losing inches or weight?**

I know I am weight sensitive, meaning I can put weight on fairly easily but with doing so much (I thought) would be enough.
Is this enough exercise?
