How do I stop being paranoid!?

I have a girlfriend, but I'm just being really paranoid about everything that she does. I think its just because I haven't liked a girl like this in a while so I don't want to mess things up. Like I would get all paranoid if I didn't talk to her for one day, when this should be perfectly fine right?

But I really think I need to stop being so paranoid and stop thinking so much about these things. So what should I do to stop being so paranoid? ty

I think you are to addicted to her. You seem you really like her but you can't always think about your girlfriend. I know you love her but you also need to think about your family and friends. If you haven't talked to her for a day then talk to her the next day. You need to make it balanced. A balanced relationship is always healthy. Hoped this helped :)

I'm exactly the same sometimes! You just need to remember that there's a reason that girl picks up your calls and sees you regularly and shows you she cares. If she does all of those things, and more, there's nothing to worry about. After a while, you'll get over the paranoia! (:

Every time you feel paranoid remember that she chose you, and you stuck with each other, and that there must be good reasons for that. Or remember any "embarrassing" or "stupid" moments you had with her, or times where you thought she was gonna leave you - and she didn't. Rest assured she'll still like you whatever you do :) it's harder to feel like this in the early stages of a relationship, but you'll both definitely get more comfortable as time goes on.

Why are you mad, I was genuinely trying to understand why you are so worried. I found it odd that you think you are supposed to be so in love all the time- I didn't really mean your age per se , just anyone. Your post confused me that's all, I don't see what the problem is,
