I have struggled with weight ever since I was born...being in the normal weight range for me requires a lot of diligence and sometimes causes a lot of stress and depression not being able to eat the foods that I really crave (chocolate, ice cream, baked goods)... I am 5'6 and 144 lbs.-trust me just maintaining that weight for me is torture enough... I know this is not considered a thin enough weight to look good in a black dress or any fancy clothing, so I would love to lose 10-15 lbs more...I don't know how I can permanently and effectively lose 15 more lbs if I'm already having trouble maintaining my current weight...
are there any diet tricks or forms of exercise you guys do daily (without resorting to the gym) for boosting metabolism and losing weight?
I tend to gain most weight in my thighs and upper arms (I hate my upper arms!)... Please help, I would like to lose at least 7 lbs by the end of summer!
