I'm not sure because it depends on the person but if you wanna improve the look of your butt include some walking/running into your weekly routine as well as squats and other similar exercises. You can also use google to find more exercises. Plus surprisingly a lot of wii fit exercises improve your butt if you have that game

the trick to losing weight is not weighing yourself, but excercising and eating right. Don't get caught up in the length of time it takes, if you stay focused on your routine you will lose weight a lot faster than steping on the scale everyday waiting for amazing results.
There is no true answer to this question. It really depends on how your body reacts and everyone is different. My guess is that you will see a noticeable difference in a matter of weeks but to be really satisfied you'll have to keep this up for a while

How much does Just Dance exercise the rear muscles? Depends what movement you're doing I guess...
You'll notice things starting to tighten after 2 weeks
you are not overweight, and with a diet like that you probably won't lose weight. The trick is to burn more calories than you eat
