I have these little black spots all over my shoulders?

From tiny/under the skin pimples.. They dried out, and left dark spots. They are really noticeable as I have tanned/brown skin.. Is that a real turn off? Would that stop you from getting to know a girl, or think she's not clean? :/ I tend to cover up by wearing sleeves or a cardigan over. But it's summer here in Australia and it's literally boiling at the moment, and I feel so ashamed to walk around with them showing because I hate them.. I'm so insecure because of them! I'd live to wear those strapless dresses or a singlet out or whatever. It's do frustrating! What do y'all think?

I agree, if you like the girl, I don't see it really making any difference and I definitely wouldn't see her as unclean. What the?! You are who you are and everyone has imperfections and a lot of imperfections you can't cover up, I've dated girls who have been really insecure about things like this, and it's been so hard to convince them that when you like someone or you see them and you fall for something about them it doesn't matter, in fact, I've come to find a lot of them cute. Wow, you're a human, you have physical variations... what's the big deal?

I definetely agree with you, whn I think about it myself, I think wth, it's my skin, my body- who cares about what others think.. But then it's like arrggghhh! Then I l have to make sure my hairs covering up my shoulders if I go out without a cardi or something lol. But it's true, when you like someone, you don't care about the imperfections. That goes for the guy I like too.. Hhmm I just ten to think that guys kind of have this 'perfect' image and expectation in their heads..

Most guys live in the same world as the rest of us and see all the women in it every day with all their differences and just take in the aspects they like about a girl and those they don't and consider if the overall package is for them. Screw all that self-conscious covering up stuff. Be comfortable, confident and smile, you'll be surprised how damn sexy that can be.

I'd have to see it to give a proper opinion. I try not to judge others on their blemishes though since my skin isn't perfect :P Regardless, if the girl was worth it, I couldn't see it bothering me.

Freckles look fine on people with lighter skin, mine are darker and more like dots and spots lol.. But alright, thanks for that, I get what you're saying! (:

It sounds like you just have back acne which has left spots. You may be able to use lotion that corrects skin discoloration but I'm not sure completely. As for guys, if he likes you and is worth your time then he won't mind.

I got them on my shoulders when I tried a top on at the mall... :s argh. And since thn, they've stayed and rarely one or 2 will show up. Jst on the shoulders though.. And I have tried, but with no cure.. I tried using lemons for a bit and they faded slightly .. And I eventually ran out of patience.. And yeh.. Hopefully lol

Sorry, I thought you said back but acne can occur on any surface of your skin. So I think its just acne turned into ones that have left scars. I'd look into lotions though, that might be easier than lemon juice lol. Good luck!
