Why do I always feel tired?

Anonymous
I used to be only moderately strong, since spring I've been working out and I've basically replaced all my fat with muscle (only lost 5lbs!)

I'm 5'11" at around 165-170 lbs.

Thing is, I used to have all this energy. Now I always feel tired.

I eat more healthy, only "restricting" myself from cheap fast food, primarily because it looks & tastes gross now.

Besides doing 30-60 pushups, I daily walk 1.5 miles. Every now and then I'll walk 6 miles home and skip the bus because I have a little extra time.

It sounds like a lot, but I always would bounce back really easy, is there some reason why I should recently stop getting my energy back?

I think I sleep pretty good too, 11pm-6am

It's annoying because besides school, I really don't have anything else to do...

I frequently consume cooked red meat, yogurt, berries, fiber, milk, pasta, water.

I occasionally consume, candy, chocolate milk, chips, cookies.

I rarely consume flavored drinks, juice, ice cream, carrots.

That's basically my diet categorized in frequency.

Is that lacking any minerals, vitamins?

After consuming a extra 2-3k calories (especially carbs) a day for a couple weeks, I'm feeling much better.

Turns out it was just a calorie deficit that was preventing me from recovering!
