Is there a way I can make my teeth stronger?
Thanks. <3
It could be a retained baby tooth that you have not lost yet. If that is the case don't worry about it. It is supposed to be loose. If not and you did not damage it but bumping it or something like that then it is most likely gum disease. That is when bacteria destroys the bone around your teeth and makes them loose. You are very young for that but I have defiantly seen before in young people especially of Asian decent. I have been a dental hygienist for 14 years and can assure you that although vitamin c is great for your body it has nothing to do with your teeth and that is not going to fix your problem just eating some fruit. You really should see a dentist to check it out if it is gum disease because it could be effecting all your other teeth and you not even know it. Gum disease only hurts when it is very advanced.
I don't think It is a retained baby tooth,I think I lost that one ages ago from what I remember, I damaged it a little bit years ago but it started shaking now :( , I think I'll go to see a dentist that is better.
Can I make my tooth stronger so it doesn't break?
Cut out sugar and drink plenty of water (hydrates your gums). Protein rich food and Vitamin A and C can all help as well. It depends on how lose it is. If its about to break off, you really should see a dentist asap. See a dentist regardless though. I know it isn't much fun going to one but its better to take care of this tooth before it gets worse.
If your teeth are not holding tight enough or are moving a little bit there are great chances you have C-vitamin deficiency.
Eat an orange, grapefruit or lemon.. or better two of them and if that's the case your teeth will hold there stronger within hours.
But it won't be permanent, as you must consume enough C-vitamin daily.
If it's only one tooth perhaps it's damaged or something.. in any case you you should better see a doctor, it won't harm you.
Thank you very much.
If you have a loose tooth you need to see a dentist sooner rather than later. I just hope you don't have to go through a root canal.
and what is that root canal? I just have a small tooth that started shaking a little bit,it is very annoying, I think I'll go to the dentist , but I can make it stronger right?
It doesn't hurt but it just feels weird like there is something sticking there :/ even though there is nothing.

i would say get lots of calcium and go see a dentist to make sure nothing bad is going to happen to it. if you like milk, drink plenty.
