My diet is pretty healthy, well I watch my nutrients, only eat sprouted whole grain bread for the most part, whole grain, high protein pasta when I make pasta, make sure I'm getting lots of vitamins, my diet is naturally high in protein and fiber, I'm a vegan so no animal products or fast food. I'd say once a week or once every other week, I splurge and eat out. Indian food usually. I like sugary things, and I eat a ton of vegetables and fruits. The sugary things I eat are from health food stores and the snacks are healthier than the snacks you get from normal stores but theyre still sweets. I don't eat too much of them, but I do eat them.
I'm still really fat though. lol Eating healthy only makes me lose a certain amount of weight, its watching the calories or points (doing weight watchers) that counts. I guess I phased out meat and dairy over a few years, so going vegan 5 years ago didn't provide the sudden shock to my system that many people experience and then they lose weight. plus, sometimes during the school year I eat way too many unhealthy things aside from my main diet. like cupcakes or pizza. watch your sh*t in college, girl! I also don't exercise so there's that. and I think my body isn't as prone to thinness as some of my friends. I have friends who can eat whatever and never work out, or just eat healthy and theyre thin. it seems like I really need to workout. I got fat as a kid though. I was on a pill to reduce my appetite or control my metabolism or something in high school and I lost 40 pounds but then I gained it all back once I stopped taking the pill. :/
anyway, I'm 5'4 and 220 pounds. Yeah, I know. lol Thank god I'm really pretty and have big boobs. Otherwise I'd be f*cked.

I'm 40. I am 5'5" and weight somewhere between 140-145lbs. Most people think (for whatever reason) that I weight abbout 110 - 115 because I don't carry any fat.
I have a high metabolism which is great but only if you have great discipline because I can eat whatever and not gain weight. Not a great thing since I'm not a particularily healthy eater. I love steak and potatoes and could live on that daily but mainly have been grabbing more processed stuff because it's easy and I don't seem to have enough hours in the day (it would seem) to prepare something decent for myself to eat. Sad but true.
25. 5'10" ~130lbs +/-10
i eat anything I want. fast food at least 3 meals a week, usually lunch, but also try to cook supper myself. I eat plenty of chicken pork beef fish. love the dairy...still drink whole milk. try to eat fruits & vegetables but I'm sure I don't get enough. not the best at eating breakfast consistently because I don't wake up early and usually just wait until 'lunch'. also don't eat on a time schedule like 7am noon 5pm. I eat when I'm hungry

Mines is pretty similar to yours, except I can go for a steak every once or twice a week - avoid pork I just don't like the taste very much, except bacon, because who doesn't love a perfectly cooked slice of pig ass? :P I can give or take chicken, LOVE dairy all kinds - eat tons of fruit as well and seafood is my absolute favorite foods to eat. I eat a considerable amount of vegetables, I just cannot eat very many veggies raw like brocoli or carrots - they make me hurl and I haven't the slightest clue why? Not a huge sugar person either - except the occassional splurge for chocolate xD
I try not to eat unless I'm really hungry as far as full meals - but I am a chronic snacker to a point where I've worn down the skin on the roof of my mouth from the grinding texture of chips : /
But they are quick carbs and I work out every often so...23, 5'5", 129 I eat anything and everything but I am currently trying to get back down to 120 SO... I am going to switch it up and eat a sh*t ton of veggies, apples, and nuts... throw in some work outs and hopefully get fit. I don't mind being 129 if it was 129 in muscle... I currently have no muscle on me so I need to switch that up or lose the fat.
16,don't know my weight, last time it was 47 kg (about a month ago) and last time I measured myself I was 168 cm. hopefully I'm taller and weigh more now,but I don't know,my scale is broken :/ and I'm vegan,i eat a sh*tload of fruit and vegetables,i only eat meals I prepare myself (except tofu and chocolate soy milk)
17, 5'1", 130ish I exercise at least 4x a week and I can't eat gluten or dairy my diet is bad though because I will eat a tiny bit during the day and then eat a big dinner and serving of fruit basically I will have one proper meal. My height and weight make me sound fat/ chubby but in my family we tend to weigh more than we look.
5 ft. 105 - 110 trying to get back to 100. I eat almost everything aside from internal parts, fast food and try to avoid processed food.
