Eye contact meanings?

Ladies help me out what are the different meanings with different eye contact length. Short,long 3sec or more, quickly looking away etc.

to tell you the truth, it differs between different people, in different situations, and also in different cultures. in some cultures it's perfectly normal to stare at someone for no reason at all, and it doesn't mean anything, while in other cultures you look offensive if you look someone directly in the eyes. If you give me an example of a situation, I could try to tell you what it means, but keep in mind it depends on the person, and what else she is doing. If she's staring at you for a long time, she could either be mad, completely smitten, or just spacing out in your general direction.

I was just thinking of asking this. Been noticing lots of girls holding fairly long eye-contact lately, maybe 3 seconds or more.
