Who cares about weight really? Don't we all want to look great rather than weigh great? If people say you look skinny, what does it matter what the scale says? I weigh 190 pounds. Any thoughts on that? Not really helpful information without knowing how I look right? I might be an obese midget or an anorexic giant. Weight by itself is only a number, the way you look, that is 'important'.
I have no fear of scales since I adjusted my eating habits. I eat three normal sized meals each day, and if I find myself in need of a between-meal snack, I nibble on my own feces.
I'm not afraid of it at all. I know I'm small. Everyone tells me I'm at a healthy weight and am not fat. I don't think I look fat. I love how I look and if that number can be whatever it wants as long as I'm feeling good about myself.
I used to be, but now I look at it like this: if you know your happy weight, you can tell if it starts to creep up on you and adjust your diet accordingly.

I feel guilty about eating now that I gained so much weight from birth control. Never had an eating disorder but I feel like I'm close to getting one. IM scared of the scale. I don't like them. Makes me feel worse about myself
Lol, not me. I check the scales at least 6 times a day to see if I gained any weight. The road to gaining 20kg sure is hard work...
