People always say "eat healthy" but I know it's not that easy. When I wanted to lose weight I read this magazine that changed my life. Unfortunately I can't remember what magazine it was but I know what it said. This is sort of what it said in the article:
You know that huge bowl of cereal you have in the morning? Or that three scoop ice cream cone you get everyday? You may think it's okay, but you will be just as full with a smaller bowl or a two scoop cone. See, your body is full, but you can't realize it when you're eating. Start with smaller portions and to help, buy smaller bowls so you CAN'T put that much cereal in it. And when you eat dinner, wait 20 minutes before eating dessert. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to register as "full", so you may not even feel up to eating dessert! And eat meals slower so the body can digest and break down food while you eat. Gaining weight can be caused by lack of the body breaking down food.

drink at least 4 if not 8 cups of water daily...ride a bike for like half an hour every day, it's a great way to enjoy nature unless you live in a city, then it's just a great way to keep yourself from getting mugged. and if you want to build muscle, and you don't own any weight equipment, then maybe try playing a sport, or something along those lines, go for a swim.
The only way to lose weight is diet and exercise. If you're going to be weak-minded and not follow a proper plan, then you might as well open another bag of chips and forget losing weight.

i like jsut eating healthy. lift weights and drink more water
Lift weights regularly. Get on the treadmill often.
You sound like an alright weight to me considering your height. Try exercising. Run, jog, bike ride, swim. There are plenty of activities you can do that are considered exercise but are fun. Good luck
If you don't diet, you exercise.
