The BMI table starts at a minimum of 97 lbs with a max weight of 123 lbs. If you weigh more than 123, but it's muscle you should be OK, but if it's fat working out to get a little leaner won't hurt. The person who suggested weighing in the high 80-90 lb range is incorrect. High 90s would be fine, but 80-low90s would be too low.

Probably anywhere from 95lbs-125lbs
Depending on your frame
It's typically 100lbs for the first 60 inches and 5 lbs per inch after that
There is nothing. You could very well be 5'1" and weigh 100 lbs. and be overweight due to unhealthy dieting or be 125 lbs. and be fit as a fiddle. You might get some BMI answers, I would disregard those 100%.
Since your short about 50 to 60 kgs tops we use the term kg in my country mabey about 115lbs I think

Without taking into account that muscle weighs more than fat, a healthy weight for you would be 88-92 pounds.
