See a derm, he will put you on some antibiotics and prescribe some creams that you can't get otherwise, get some glycolic acid from the internet and exfoliate; start with 10% since you've been on proactive where the toner is 5%. You'll be on this for about 3-6 months if it doesn't go away the derm will put you on accutane which really isn't that bad, you'll just have really dry skin and lips so you just g2 put on lip balm and moisturiser 2 times a day at least, and you'll also be forced to get blood tests monthly to ensure your liver isn't affected by accutane for the 6 months you'll be taking it. However accutane has a 78% chance I believe of completely curing it and you'll never break out again. However you will break out a lot more while you're on the medication since every pimple that comes out has been under your skin for up to 3 months. Best of luck

If proactive didn't work so I guess your acne is really bad and serious one.I had it 2 years ago and proactive did work on my skin.
Mine was pretty bad too.I can't even find any area that is clear on on my face.Sounds like you need to see a dermatologist skin care to know the cause of your acne then see what works for you.
It would cost you some money though but that's one good way to get rid of your serious acne.
You also can go for facial treatment like twice a month but make sure they are using botanical products for your skin.
wash your face twice a day. In the morning with something for acne and in the evening with a cetaphil type cleanser that's just a facial cleanser. If you exercise always at least rinse off the sweat with water afterward. Change your pillow case every few days.

ST IVES GREEN TEA WASH. omg best thing ever. If your not on birth control that usually helps people too though. I went to a dermatologist and yeah she helped, but mainly its about the right wash and your hormones (which is why birth control helps)
Cetaphil is the best thing I've ever used.
If your face is starting to get more oily, find products to control it, same with dryness.
Always remember to hydrate!
