How can I lose weight the healthy way?

I've been trying to lose weight since October 2011 and I had lost 47 pounds but the past three months I gained back twenty, just started to lose the weight I put back on. I've tried Insanity (made me gain weight/plateau) and I've done Countless Biggest Loser workouts (they get boring) and Jillian workouts. Right now I'm doing Chalean Extreme and going to the gym for cardio (which stinks Because cardio at a gym is boring but have to use my membership til June)

Any Ideas? I try to stick to around 1500/1600 calories a day and yes there are some cheat days and such and I need to stop that because they don't tend to stay to just one day or just one meal.

I'm 5'2 with an extra 50 or more pounds to lose I'm a pear shaped girl as well :(
