Girls, how long do you wait to call a guy if he gives you his number?

I've been getting to know this girl for the last few months and I've gotten her to open up lately. I decided to give her my number so we could be in contact with one another. How long do you usually wait to contact a guy?

I hate calling the guy. I never call... usually when I have his number I make sure he gets mine. Then I don't call. If I did call it would be cause he already proposed a date and kindly asked me to call him to sort out the time for the date. I also call when I'm not really interested in a romantic sense.

I know I will get down votes for this but I'm just explaining what I do and some girls never call cause they've had the experience of being too easy for the guy which means that he has sex with the girl but then doesn't want a relationship with her. With latin women and with other cultures where the woman is sexually repressed, she will not call you ever cause it would make her feel easy and a slut and she will say no to many of your advances untill you prove yourself worthy. I don't go to that extreme, if I like the guy, I easily say yes but he has to make the moves.

Girls don't usually wait that long unless they forget they have the number. I'd go with 24 hours but personally texting you right when she gets it is more what usually happens. Everyone's different though.

Not usually, its more like. Something extremely distracting would've had to happen to forget. heh... just trying to hope for the best I guess :)
