How to adjust body-image?

I went from 137lbs to 114 (5'8), due to working out and clean eating. My measurements are 34-24-34, rationally I know this can't be 'big'. But I do still perceive myself as big. When I see someone with the same measurements I would think I'm 10x bigger or when I'm buying clothes and don't check the size I always grab 6 sizes too big... This might sound a stupid problem, but Some people start thinking that I'm anorexic and I'm afraid if I don't change my body-image I might get it. Because I've a hard time changing my exercise routine/ eating habits although I know I'll keep losing weight if I don't change it. Which on one hand I know isn't healthy but on the other if I change it I feel fat and guilty :s
