My girlfriend had that done.
I too would urge you to lose close to your goal weight.
She was fine when I brought her home. I remember she had to wear a compression type bra for about a month (give or take a week) Then a sports bra for another month maybe two. She also had to change some bandages for a week-ish.
The tape was left on to fall off on it's own. She also had to shower with her back to the water & pat her front with a washcloth. (no biggie)
She never complained of any pain & I don't recall her using any pain meds. other then the 1st night. She only took one just in case to sleep through the night.
I don't think she could swim or bathe for 3 months.
She's very happy with the end results.
She took only one week off from work.
The one thing in question is that she was no longer going to have children. I think that may have something to do with the procedure because they cut out & move the nipple/areola to the center. IF you're thinking about kids I'm not sure what can be done & IF it can be done unless you aren't planning on breastfeeding.
Questions? I'll ask her if you'd like.

Mmmmm mmmm mmmm. Getting a breast reduction?!?! Seriously? That's like slapping president Obama in the face or something.
Having back problems is the only logical reason to get a breast reduction.
I'm in the same position as you are. I have 35lbs to lose (lost 35 already and my boobs didn't go down in size at all!) to get to my goal weight to have the procedure done. I am a 40 G. Constant back aches. Bra straps dig into my shoulders. So hard to get nice tops or even dresses with enough space for "the girls". To be perfectly honest, I'd also like guys to start looking me in the face when they talk and not my boobs! Lol.
I'm very interested to hear what experiences people may have had too. :)
Definitely lose the weight before you consider getting a breast reduction.
Your breast tissue is made up of fat so when you drop the weight it will become noticeably smaller.
If you drop the weight and you still do not like the size...then opt for a surgery then.
I have a feeling you won't have to go through that though.

How much do you weigh now? 60 lbs is a lot of weight to lose. Once gone, chances are your boobs will be more manageable. You may need a lift though.
Breast reduction why not just get an enlargement it will make you more attractive to men.
