Exercise and watch what you eat. You don't need to actually diet just try to keep out junk food and sugars and only have them on a cheat day or something. I am in the process of cutting out most sugars and carbs right now to give my body a break and lose some more weight. I work out 3 to 5 times a week, but my eating habits are not the greatest. Number one: water water water!!! Drink a ton of it. Keep away from pop (soda) that's my biggest vice. I will be on withdrawals for a few days here lol. But all in all just be sensible with what you eat and make sure you get some form of exercise a few times a week. There also crash diets you can do if you want to go extreme. I did the ideal protein diet but didn't last long. It wasn't for me. Google it if you are interested

There's not much you can adjust about your diet, so you should exercise. Aside from doing cardio, you could lift weight. I know that sounds crazy, but you won't bulk up, trust me. You will grow your muscles just a little bit, so they burn more energy. If you have bigger muscles, you will be burning more energy even when you're doing nothing. And you'll especially burn more energy when you're exercising.
Losing weight fast is not a good idea. If you lose weight quicker than about 2 to 3 kg (some 5-6 lbs) a month, your body does not have the time to adapt itself.
The result: you'll become ill, tired and unhappy.
Do it gradually, and do it by eating normally and working out.
Choose what you like: the gym, running, cycling, swimming. Most important thing is that you like it and will not stop after 2 weeks. And listen to your body: if it hurts, take a break or decrease the intensity of the effort. Good luck :-)
jogging and swimming at a light to moderate pace is probably going to be the fastest way to lose weight
You can do that along with reducing your calorie intake by 100-300 and I recommend you don't go below that or you will be craving food all day long
The last step is breaking up your meal into smaller portions to eat throughout the day since it helps keep your metabolism fast

you may not believe me, but lift weights. nothing too extreme, just a little here and there. mix that with some cardio and your already healthy diet and you'll notice the change in no time.

just jog everyday and regulate ur consumption of food so it becomes more balanced. That's why i did for 2 summers to lose... 40 lbs?
