Yeah simple answer, besides surgery, would be cut down your calories, watch your portions, and EXERCISE. Get into an exercise routine that you like, it doesn't have to be a chore. There are lots of different things you can do to get your body moving girl! Like Zumba dancing, or other types of vigorous dance, bike riding, swimming, and other fun sports. Also, you don't always have to stop eating the foods that you love, you can eat anything you want but just make sure not to eat too much of it. Once you start getting active and feeling healthier you will want to eat a lot healthier too, so don't worry about cutting down calories just yet. The speed at which you lose weight always varies due to your metabolism and whatnot, so you have to be patient unless you are willing to go under the knife.
